GK Swim - Stroke Development

Marlins
Once swimmers reach the Marlins level, they are ready to finesse all four strokes. With longer sessions they will start developing their endurance and the introduction of the correct butterfly and breaststroke technique. At this level the use of flippers is to help our kids maintain stability and technique, while they develop more advanced swimming skills. By the completion of Marlins, our swimmers can efficiently swim all four strokes and demonstrate bi-lateral breathing in freestyle.
