Active Member of GK for more than 5 continuous years;

is aged 16 years or over;

supports the purposes of the Association;

has made a significant and meritorious service to the Association;

Significant volunteer contributions across multiple events/years/projects.  eg

• Significant active service on the committee​.

• Serving the club above and beyond any paid role.  eg a Coach that contributes beyond their coaching hours, always stepping up to support the club, representing the club at external functions, supporting other members/coaches beyond the scope of their role.

• Serving the club as a volunteer Technical Official over many years.

• Members that repeatedly promote the club in the broader swimming community, eg attending workshops, volunteer training opportunities, SWA working groups, etc.

Frequently steps-up to provide services to the club beyond the standard duties of members, or appointed roles/positions.​
